New Resolution on QR Code for fuel

Power and Energy Minister Kanchana Wijesekara said that the QR quota will be updated every Tuesday at midnight with effect from today. The minister mentioned this in his Twitter post.

Earlier QR allocation was updated every week on Sunday at midnight. This decision has been taken to reduce the cost of distribution caused by this. Meanwhile, the minister also said in a related tweet that there is no change in the amount of fuel received per week through the QR quota.

National Fuel Pass QR Quota will be topped up weekly, on every Tuesday midnight effective today (8th). All accounts has been topped up this morning. Decision was taken to reduce cost of distribution attributed to operate CPC & CPSTL on weekends. Fuel quotas will remain unchanged.
