Actor Manobala Died Suddenly
Director and comedy actor Manobala passed away suddenly earlier today. His age was 69. His death due to ill health has come as a shock to the film industry and fans.
A few months ago actor Manobala was admitted to a famous private hospital in Chennai for angio treatment. Photos of him undergoing treatment were also published.
He died today at his home in Vadapalani, Chennai, after undergoing treatment for liver problems.
Manobala as a Director, Actor, Producer
Manophala has worked as an assistant director of Bharathiraja and has since directed more than 40 films. He has directed many films including Rajini's Urgavalan.
After that he has acted in many films as an actor. The comedy, 'Epeti Utha Nan Ai Aayiten', starring actor Vivek, became a huge hit. After that, there are various comedies that make fun of his skinny look in many films.
Manobala has also ventured into producing films including H Vinod's Chaturanga Vedati.
Rajinikanth condoled Manobala on Twitter. "I am deeply saddened by the passing away of my dear friend Manobala , the famous director and actor. My condolences to his family. May his soul rest in peace.” As he mentioned.
