Crowd gathers to seek financial assistance - 85 people died

At least 85 people have died in a stampede at a financial assistance event in Yemen.

In a school in Yemen's capital Sana'a, an event was organized to provide aid on the occasion of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, 85 people have died and 322 people have been injured in the stampede that occurred during the financial assistance event.

It is reported that most of the dead are women and children.

People are said to have flocked to the school at the same time, knowing that the funding was up to around $9 (£7; €8) per person.
