Introducing a new method of water bill payment

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board has informed that the water bill will be paid through the meter reader while the payment method through credit or debit card will be implemented from March 1.

According to its Deputy General Manager Commercial – Piyal Padmanath, an opportunity has been given to issue e-bills instead of printed water bills.

It was also announced that the scheme of providing e-bill instead of printed water bill to all water consumers will be implemented from next year.
