Increase in number of rat flu patients

The Ministry of Health has reported that the number of people infected with rat flu is increasing.

In a year, 1,400 people have been infected with rat fever, said Dushani Tabare, a community medicine specialist at the Infectious Diseases Department.

He also mentioned that people working in fields, swamps, alluvial lands and mines should be very careful.
