New water billing system - NWSDB

The Water Supply and Drainage Board has launched a service to receive water bills through email for the convenience of customers.

You have to type your email address leave a space on your water bill account number and send a text message (SMS) to 071-9399999.

After that, after clicking on “Accept” mentioned in the message in your e-mail account, the customer can get the facility to register for the e-Bill service and make payment.
